Return Policy

We are happy to refund all items within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. You will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.

A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address but at your own cost.

Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item.

Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.
